National Severe Weather Outlook 4/1/2020 (English)
Wintry Start to April from the Northwest to the North Plains - A Pacific storm system will spread snow and below normal temperatures into portions of the North/Central Plains. Lighter snow will continue in the Northwest to unseasonably low elevations, while heavier snow will be possible across portions of eastern Wyoming. A wintry mix may develop across the Upper Midwest. Much below normal temperatures can be expected in the Plains mid to late week.
