How to tell that the climate alarmists aren’t serious
- If the climate alarmists truly believe there is a climate emergency, then they should be able to answer the first basic question about “the plan.” Will the plan even remotely make any difference in man-made emissions? Remember that based on their screeching, we have less than twelve years (or maybe 8, 5, 3) before we all die from “man-made climate change.” And the plan should include sacrifice from everyone to save the planet.
- If man-made climate change is an existential problem, the problem of a generation, then you would expect all major contributors to the climate problem to contribute to the solution. But, alas, no. China seems to be exempt from actually reducing emissions. Now, is that significant?

- If you truly believe there is a man-made climate problem, then it is ridiculous to think it can be solved by allowing the #1 producer in the world, responsible for 42% of the top 10 emitters, to increase production 10–24% over the next 5–10 years. Look at the next table to see that if the top 10 decrease CO2 emissions by 15% and China just achieves the average increase estimated above, the overall top 10 emissions will increase by 4%.

- China will become 50+% of the top 10 within 5 years, and overall emission will increase 4% from the top 10, and that assumes that India and Russia follow through on their commitments.
- What do these data really tell us? China’s projected increase in emissions will overwhelm the projected decrease in emissions if the other top 9 achieve their 15% goals. What? But how can that be? This is the existential problem of our time. How can any nation be allowed to significantly increase emissions, especially the country that is currently by far the worlds #1 emitter?
- For those who say the globalists have a plan, I can assure you based on this high-level math that they do not have a serious plan to address “man-made climate change.” Therefore, why are they pushing this agenda and this ridiculous solution? What kind of plan do they really have?

Sales of single-family homes dropped 1.1% from a month earlier to a 3.6 million pace, also the lowest since the end of 2010.
Existing condominium and co-op sales were down 4.5%
That is the longest monthly streak of sales declines in history which dragged the Existing Home Sales SAAR down to 4.02mm, its lowest since Nov 2010 (below the worst month of the COVID lockdowns)…

DeSantis Announces That Florida Will Make Its Ban on Covid Mandates ‘Permanent’
- Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) is moving to implement a permanent ban on Covid-style mandates, which range from school mask requirements to “vaccine passports.”
- DeSantis said he will introduce legislation called “Prescribe Freedom” that will stop Florida from becoming a “biomedical security state.” An overview of the plan is provided below.
- The proposal includes the permanent prohibition of mandates that are continuously proven ineffective, including:
- Permanently prohibiting COVID-19 vaccine passports in Florida;
- Permanently prohibiting COVID-19 vaccine and mask requirements in all Florida schools;
- Permanently prohibiting COVID-19 masking requirements at businesses; and
- Permanently prohibiting employers from hiring or firing based on mRNA jabs.
- DeSantis said the purpose of the legislation is to keep Florida from becoming a failed ‘Woke’ state like California. “When the world lost its mind, Florida was a refuge of sanity, serving strongly as freedom’s linchpin,” DeSantis said.

The FBI Carried Out ‘Raid’ on Joe Biden’s Delaware Home, Did Not Use Warrant or Subpoena
- The Federal Bureau of Investigation conducted a 12-hour sweeping search of Joe Biden’s home in Wilmington, Delaware on Friday,
- “Justice Department officials did ‘a thorough’ 12-hour search of Biden’s Wilmington home on Friday; it began at 9:45 a.m. and finished around 10:30 p.m.,” Jacobs reported. “DOJ found six more ‘items consisting of documents with classification markings and surrounding materials’.”
- “It was the FBI that did the search of Biden’s home Friday in Wilmington, sources tell Chris Strom and me,” Jacobs added.
- “There was NO WARRANT and NO SUBPOENA for FBI search at Biden’s Wilmington home on Friday, I’m told. It was a voluntary search agreed to by Biden and his personal legal team,” she added.

Make no mistake: mishandling classified documents is a crime, even when unintentional under the standard of “gross negligence.” That makes Biden’s lakeside Wilmington, DE mansion (that once belonged to a DuPont family branch) a crime scene.

So Biden was allowed to clean up some documents before the FBI did the search and the search was agreed upon and controlled. Very different from Trump’s search.
This is controlled operation to remove Biden, if it wasn’t Obama would have gotten Biden off the hook, it would be that easy, but now that they found classified information from when he was a Senator it is game over, they knew he had these docs and probably alot worse that is why Biden was allowed there before the search was done.

Presidential Records Act (PRA) of 1978
The Presidential Records Act (PRA) of 1978, 44 U.S.C. ß2201-2209, governs the official records of Presidents and Vice Presidents that were created or received after January 20, 1981 (i.e., beginning with the Reagan Administration). The PRA changed the legal ownership of the official records of the President from private to public, and established a new statutory structure under which Presidents, and subsequently NARA, must manage the records of their Administrations. The PRA was amended in 2014, which established several new provisions.
Specifically, the PRA:
- Establishes that Presidential records automatically transfer into the legal custody of the Archivist as soon as the President leaves office.
- Establishes a process by which the President may restrict and the public may obtain access to these records after the President leaves office; specifically, the PRA allows for public access to Presidential records through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) beginning five years after the end of the Administration, but allows the President to invoke as many as six specific restrictions to public access for up to twelve years.
- Prevents an individual who has been convicted of a crime related to the review, retention, removal, or destruction of records from being given access to any original records.
