The Trump administration has confirmed the deportation of Leonel Moreno, a Venezuelan illegal alien who went viral last year for creating TikTok videos instructing other illegals on how to exploit U.S. squatting laws by occupying vacant homes.

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky has rejected the latest U.S. proposal for a minerals deal that would create a partnership to repay the United States for ongoing financial support. According to Zelenskyy, the deal to share in oil, gas and mineral revenue would amount to debt that would disqualify them from EU membership due to unstable financials.

Federal Judge Halts Shutdown Of Voice Of America

A federal judge has temporarily blocked the Trump administration from dismantling Voice of America (VOA), the government-funded international news service whose 1,200 reporters and employees were placed on paid leave earlier this month.
The judge, J. Paul Oetken of the Southern District of New York, on Friday issued a temporary restraining order in favor of VOA employees and their unions. The order prevents the U.S. Agency for Global Media (USAGM), which oversees VOA, from shutting down the broadcasting network and its associated radio programs.
The judge did not require VOA to resume broadcasts, but made it clear that employees must not be terminated while the court determines whether the shutdown violates the Constitution or other federal administrative laws.
Friday’s order echoed a similar ruling by another district judge earlier in the week, which granted a temporary restraining order to Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, blocking its funding freeze. The Trump administration has since stated in court filings that it has resumed funding for these outlets.

Our democracy was torn apart piece by piece. A national referendum was held on whether to surrender to the invasion or repel it.
America voted for liberation. If every foreign trespasser gets to have their own federal trial prior to removal then there is no liberation.
There is no restoration. The invasion will be made complete. Article 4 Section 4 requires the president to halt any invasion and no district court can override that mandate. For the Constitution is the supreme law of the land.
The invading armies and foreign trespassers will be expelled. The cartels will be smashed. Liberation will be achieved.

Restoring the Constitution

Given that the lower courts are fabricating the confines of the Constitution to meet their agenda, here’s what Trump is trying to do to restore the Constitution. Insisting that agencies are not independent and are subject to his management is one strategy:
A Supreme Court rejection of independent agencies would mark an enormous shift of power away from the administrative state and back into the hands of the president. It would restore political accountability for public policy choices to the elected branches. And it would bring the dominant understanding of the executive power closer to the constitutional text and the prevailing understanding of the Founders.
The federal bureaucracy often resists the wishes of the president and Congress — and may do so by progressive design. Agencies can refuse to carry out presidential directives: They can slow-walk regulatory initiatives, they can conceal important information from the White House or presidential appointees, they can carry out operations that they keep ‘off the books.’ This friction, which makes it hard or even impossible for a president to carry out his agenda, is intensified when the agency is headed by a leader or board that has no fear of removal.
a rule called Humphrey’s Executor has unconstitutionally limited the power of the president over the heads of agencies:
Humphrey’s Executor has not stood the test of time. In Seila Law v. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (2020), the Court held that Congress could not vest the power to enforce the laws in the hands of a single agency head who is protected from presidential removal. The Court wrote:In our constitutional system, the executive power belongs to the president, and that power generally includes the ability to supervise and remove the agents who wield executive power in his stead . . . While we have previously upheld limits on the president’s removal authority in certain contexts, we decline to do so when it comes to principal officers who, acting alone, wield significant executive power.
President Trump must continue his work to restore the Constitution, in spite of the pushback from the judiciary:
If the deliberate legal obstruction of Trump’s presidency continues without significant pushback, either by winning legal appeals, impeaching partisan justices, eliminating some federal courts, openly defying court orders, or the Supreme Court granting the Trump administration’s request to narrow the scope of the district court injunctions, the judiciary will effectively cement itself as America’s unelected ruling class.
Trump is simply trying to take back our country. He must be successful.

In Federalist No. 78, one of the most influential documents pertaining to the role of the judiciary in the then-proposed Constitution, Hamilton wrote that the courts “have neither FORCE nor WILL, but merely judgment” and cannot effectuate those judgments on its own.

“Whoever attentively considers the different departments of power must perceive, that, in a government in which they are separated from each other, the judiciary, from the nature of its functions, will always be the least dangerous to the political rights of the Constitution; because it will be least in a capacity to annoy or injure them,” Hamilton wrote.

“The Executive not only dispenses the honors, but holds the sword of the community,” he continued.

“The legislature not only commands the purse, but prescribes the rules by which the duties and rights of every citizen are to be regulated. The judiciary, on the contrary, has no influence over either the sword or the purse; no direction either of the strength or of the wealth of the society; and can take no active resolution whatever.

“It may truly be said to have neither FORCE nor WILL, but merely judgment; and must ultimately depend upon the aid of the executive arm even for the efficacy of its judgments.”

This view, Hamilton said, “suggests several important consequences.

“It proves incontestably, that the judiciary is beyond comparison the weakest of the three departments of power; that it can never attack with success either of the other two; and that all possible care is requisite to enable it to defend itself against their attacks,” he wrote.

“It equally proves, that though individual oppression may now and then proceed from the courts of justice, the general liberty of the people can never be endangered from that quarter; I mean so long as the judiciary remains truly distinct from both the legislature and the Executive.”

Naturally, the argument against this would be that Hamilton was writing to a much different world and audience than these United States in the 21st century.

This isn’t an argument in favor of the anti-Trump forces if one thinks about it too deeply — for example, the fact that Hamilton couldn’t have contemplated a world in which jurists would be asked to decide on whether alleged Venezuelan transnational gang members being flown to El Salvador for detention should be returned to the U.S. for a hearing would reflect poorly not on the lack of foresight Hamilton had but to those who have let America degenerate to such a state in the first place — but these things aren’t thought about too deeply, even at the bench level, which is (alas) the point here.

The Federalist No. 78 clearly and concisely stated the limits that the founders imagined for the judiciary. Anyone who alleges an original intent that goes beyond that is simply fooling themselves — and original intent is what matters. For anti-Trumpers wondering why the administration’s response isn’t a “crisis” of the rule of law by any stretch of the imagination, perhaps try looking into some Hamilton that isn’t “My Shot.”

President Trump told reporters this morning that he is weighing options and methods to seek a third term as President of the United States.
The President says that right now, he is “focused on the current” and “it’s far too early to think about it.”
When asked if he wanted a third term, he reportedly said, “I like working.”

the Third Term Project, spearheaded by Representative Andy Ogles (R-TN) who introduced a resolution in January 2025, is pushing for a constitutional amendment to permit a president to be elected up to three times, provided their prior terms were non-consecutive, a condition tailored to Trump as the only living ex-president with non-consecutive terms.
They argue that a third Trump term would “reverse the nation’s decay and restore America to greatness.”
