Mexico to Review China Tariffs in Potential Win for Trump

Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said her country would review tariffs on Chinese shipments, a move that could give the Trump administration a win in its push to build a “Fortress North America” that blocks shipments from the Asian nation.
“We have to review the tariffs that we have with China,” Sheinbaum said at a press conference Thursday.
She pointed to Mexico’s problems in textile and shoe production, saying: “Much of the entry of Chinese products into Mexico caused this industry to fall in our country.”

222 CEO exits in January, Highest for the Month on Record
The January figure “was the highest for the month since Challenger began tracking CEO turnover in 2002. The previous record for January occurred in 2020, when 219 CEOs left during the month.”
The largest turnover was seen among the government/nonprofit sector where 51 CEO transitions took place in January.
This was followed by technology, health care/products, entertainment/leisure, financial, services, and hospitals sectors, each of which saw CEO exits in double digits.
Region-wise, the West saw the biggest number of executives leaving companies at 72 departures for January, followed by the East, South, and Midwest.

Trump Begins Construction of Texas Border Wall Canceled by Biden

A border wall upgrade construction project canceled by President Joe Biden is back underway in the Texas Rio Grande Valley.
U.S. Border Patrol Chief Michael Banks announced that the Trump administration ordered the restart of a Biden-era-canceled border wall upgrade project along the Texas border with Mexico.
Banks reported that the project will replace six-foot guard rails with 18-foot bollard panels. They are designed to “provide impedance and denial capabilities” to illegal aliens crossing the border from Mexico into Texas.

To Sen. Joni Ernst (R., Iowa), the September 2024 grant from the NIH’s Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health doesn’t pass the smell test. Vaccine Company has left virtually no public footprint showing what it has done with the taxpayer funds, which the Biden administration doled out to a seemingly random post office box in Bethesda, Maryland. Ernst urged Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in a letter late Tuesday to investigate why the Biden administration awarded millions of taxpayer dollars to the mysterious firm and to consider clawing back any portion of the reward that remains unspent.

The generically named firm has no website, and none of its top officers, including its chief financial officer, former Biden COVID adviser Sonya Bernstein, have disclosed their association to the company on their public résumés. Even the principal office of the taxpayer-funded business is a mystery, with Vaccine Company listing a different home base in each of its respective business registration filings in California, Maryland, and Massachusetts.
“From listing its mailing address as a P.O. box to being run by former Biden staffers, there are alarm bells going off as to how and why Vaccine Company, Inc. was awarded a lucrative government contract,” Ernst told the Free Beacon. “Unfortunately, there are more questions than answers, because everything this company does is shrouded in mystery. It should not be this hard to figure out where $28 million in tax dollars are going. The American people deserve to know.”
Ernst, in her letter Wednesday, urged Kennedy to find out how the Biden administration vetted Vaccine Company and to report back to her basic information about the publicly funded firm, such as where it’s physically located. Ernst’s scrutiny of the mysterious firm comes amid Elon Musk’s ongoing government-wide audit through the Department of Government Efficiency to cut wasteful spending. Ernst, in her letter to Kennedy on Tuesday, suggested Biden’s $28 million grant to Vaccine Company could be easy fodder for DOGE.

Active-Duty and Former U.S. Army Soldiers Arrested for Theft of Government Property and Bribery Scheme

Jian Zhao, and Li Tian, active-duty U.S. Army soldiers stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, along with Ruoyu Duan, a former U.S. Army soldier, were arrested today following indictments by federal grand juries in the District of Oregon and the Western District of Washington. Tian and Duan were charged in the District of Oregon for conspiring to commit bribery and theft of government property. Zhao was charged in the Western District of Washington for conspiring to obtain and transmit national defense information to an individual not authorized to receive it, and also for bribery and theft of government property.
“The defendants arrested today are accused of betraying our country, actively working to weaken America’s defense capabilities and empowering our adversaries in China,” said Attorney General Pamela J. Bondi. “They will face swift, severe, and comprehensive justice.” .

President Trump Has Exposed the U.S Side of the Proxy War by Disabling Ukraine Access to U.S. Missile and Drone Targeting Systems

When President Trump stopped “intelligence sharing” with Ukraine, what he technically did was stop allowing Ukraine to use exclusive USA targeting systems controlled by U.S Intelligence, the CIA, the National Reconnaissance Office and the U.S. National Geospatial Intelligence Agency.
These terrain mapping systems, the missile and drone targeting systems, are what military forces inside Ukraine need to carry out offensive drone and missile attacks against Russian forces.
In essence and material reality, the elements in Ukraine who are conducting war, and this includes U.K and U.S special forces, the CIA and various NATO allied military operators (not Ukraine military) can no longer effectively hit long-range Russian targets, without the U.S. targeting system that identifies it.
The real-time sharing of military grade GPS encryption keys has been stopped by the U.S. Commander in Chief, President Trump. Effective immediately without targeting system access, ATACMS, HIMARS, Storm Shadow and Taurus missile systems are no longer functional to those Ukraine operators (remember, those operators are not necessarily Ukranian).
Additionally, the drones that Ukraine has been using also rely on the same accurate, real-time, terrain-mapping satellite data that transmits back to the guidance systems. Without the U.S. encryption keys, what the media is obtusely calling “intelligence sharing,” all of the aforementioned attack systems are rendered moot. THIS IS HUGE.
The part that is really interesting to those who have followed the events of the past three years, is literally who has been in control of and deploying these missile and drone attack systems.
All of the intellectually honest researchers know that it is the USA (special forces) and to a lesser extent the collaborating U.K (special forces) who have been operating these systems. Yes, they have been training Ukranians, but they damned sure are not giving them the highly classified and tightly controlled encryption keys within the targeting system.
In reality, this means the USA/UK are the forces doing the actual fighting of consequence against Russia in the geography of Ukraine. A true and genuine proxy war between NATO and Russia has been ongoing. This stoppage of the missile/drone targeting system by President Trump is factually exposing this proxy war reality.
Now, think about this dynamic very carefully because now we know President Trump and President Putin are talking to each other.
We know Vladimir Putin is well aware of how the Western targeting system is being used in Ukraine; he has talked about it openly and publicly. However, the West has never admitted it, because to do so would be to inform the public of the proxy war.
With the new information we now have confirmation that these drone and missile strikes into Russia were factually attacks supported by U.S. targeting systems. The non-pretending reality = The USA attacked Russia using Ukraine.

Given the second assassin, Ryan Routh, was openly pro-Ukraine, traveled to Ukraine in 2022 during the war, and tried to help recruit Americans to fight in Ukraine, there’s a very obvious prime suspect as to which foreign nation(s) could have been assisting Routh.
