Climate Action 100+ and Ceres — a green shareholder activist group that co-founded the coalition — are currently under investigation by the House Judiciary Committee, which is alleging that the coalition’s advancement of progressive Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) policies may constitute non-competitive activity in violation of U.S. antitrust law.

when Donald Trump became the 45th President of the United States and nationalized our globalized and stagnated economy. The United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) was Trump’s replacement for the disaster known as NAFTA. USMCA is projected to bring 170,000 jobs, a $70 billion gain to US GDP, and a $2.2 billion increase to US agriculture exports by 2026.
As a check on China’s monopoly and unfair trade relationship with the United States, the Phase One China trade deal was another great deal that Trump delivered to the American people. As part of the agreement, China committed to buying $200 billion in US goods and services over a two-year period, starting from January 1, 2020, until December 31, 2021.
This would have decreased the US’s trade deficit with China by 54%, making it historic. Unfortunately, due to President Joe Biden’s weakness and refusal to honor the Phase One trade deal of his predecessor, China failed to purchase the remaining 49% of what they had pledged to purchase
Even with all the great trade deals and stock market performances, MAGAnomics’ crowning achievement was making the United States energy independent through the opening of federal leases to oil and gas corporations, which encouraged greater drilling and fracking. Under Bush, Obama, and Biden, the average gas price was $3.30, $3.68, and $4.06 during their respective tenure. In contrast, with an average gas price of $2.81 per gallon, Trump’s presidency had the lowest gas prices of all three presidents.

Swiftly undoing Trump’s energy policies, Biden halted all federal oil and gas leases, including Lease 261, a 73 million-acre stretch of Gulf of Mexico water that was scheduled to be leased to oil corporations before Biden took office. Biden also promptly revoked the Keystone XL pipeline and recently blocked oil drilling on 10 million acres in Alaska, including leases Trump sold. Due to the anti-fossil fuel polices of Bidenomics, there has been a 40-year historical high rate of inflation, driving up the cost of food by 18%, gas by 52%, and energy by 38%.

The Mayor of New York City, Eric Adams, who is a Democrat, estimates illegal immigration will cost New Yorkers $12 billion by mid-2025 and “will destroy” the city.
Bidenomics will keep American wallets empty, 401ks in danger, energy prices skyrocketing, and illegal immigrates financially depressing the American economy. MAGAnomics will ensure that 401(k)s are secure, energy costs are low, trade deals are fair, and American wallets are full.

House investigators probing whether Joe Biden used bank account to take money from grandkids
- House impeachment investigators have identified a newly discovered bank account and are probing a suggestion from a witness that the account may have been used to route money to President Joe Biden from his grandchildren,

House Impeaches Mayorkas, First Cabinet Member Impeached in Nearly 150 Years
- Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas was impeached by the House Tuesday night in a narrow 214 to 213 vote, becoming the first cabinet official to be impeached in almost a century and a half.
- William Belknap, Secretary of War to President Ulysses S. Grant, was impeached by the House in 1876, despite resigning before the vote.
What will the Senate do, most likely they will block the impeachment.

Biden must be removed – US state’s attorney general
- West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey has called on US Vice President Kamala Harris to declare Joe Biden physically unable to perform his duties as president. The demand was issued in a letter sent to Harris on Tuesday.
- Last week, a report by US Department of Justice special counsel Robert Hur described the 81-year-old president as an “elderly man with poor memory,” although he advised against prosecuting Biden over the mishandling of classified documents.
- Morrisey has now called on Harris to invoke the 25th Amendment against Biden and take over his role, arguing that Hur’s report “paints a clear picture of a President who is not up for the job” and stressing that his “cognitive decline is of great concern to Americans, especially during these times that our nation is falling crisis after crisis both here and abroad.”

Removing Biden Under the 25th Amendment Would Be Harder Than You Might Think, Says Jonathan Turley
- “However,” Turley cautioned, “constitutional removal would require more than just memory lapses and ‘Get off my lawn” press conferences.”
Here’s where it begins to get complicated, according to Turley.
It is Section 4 that allows the removal of a president. One option is what I have called the “mutiny option.” It requires a vice president and a majority of the Cabinet to declare that the president is “unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office,” and notify Congress that the vice president intends to take over.
If Vice President Kamala Harris could get eight Cabinet officers to go along with a letter to Congress, her status as the “Acting President” would likely be short-lived. Joe Biden (who yesterday declared, “I’m elderly and know what the hell I’m doing”) would only have to declare to Congress that “no inability exists.” Biden would then resume his powers.
Harris would have to send another declaration with the Cabinet members within four days to the president pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House, rejecting Biden’s claims.
With that second declaration, Congress would have 48 hours to assemble to debate the issue. It would then have 21 days to vote on the removal. However, that would require two-thirds majorities in both houses. If Congress did not vote within 21 days, the president would resume and keep power.
- Translation: Removing Biden under the 25th Amendment would be all but impossible, particularly given the toxic political reality in which we now find ourselves.
