Women Over 70: Aging Reimagined
084 Linda Randall: Sharing Your Stories: Sad or Happy
Feisty and outspoken! That is how we describe Linda Randall - semi-retired psychotherapist, board member of Village Chicago, active and resilient. Linda does not mince words when it comes to loss and grieving. Loss comes in many forms: physical, psychological, emotional, cognitive and sexual.
The old adage, Linda concedes, that tells us ‘The best is yet to come’, doesn’t feel true anymore. Yet, she continues, we are all resilient or we wouldn’t be here. Linda encourages us to think about all the things we’ve done in our lives and write them down. That way we remember what made us strong women.
“The best way to cope with loss is to tell the truth!” - Linda Randall
