A Woman's View with Amanda Dickson
New research says screen time matters less than we think with teen depression
New research from BYU shows that screen time matters less than we think in teen depression. It’s more complicated than that. How teens spend their time online matters. Whether they are on their screens right before bed matters, but just time vs. no time is not the answer we thought it might have been. Amanda Dickson asks her guests for their thoughts. Her guests this week include Becky Bruce, Executive Producer of Digital Content at KSL Newsradio, Liz Sollis, Media and Community Engagement Director for the Davis County Sheriff’s Office and Valerie Ackley, Executive Director of Bristol Home Health and Hospice.
