Womanhood

Living and Leading from Pleasure with Hayley Carr

September 24, 2020

When planning out this podcast and considering the women I wanted to share with you, Hayley Carr was the top of my list and no doubt in this episode you will hear why.

Hayley is incredibly unique and funny and mind bendingly insightful. Hayley and I met very serendipitously the old-fashioned way – in person. Hayley was here in my hometown of Adelaide and we found ourselves at a Sacred Dance Party together. At the beginning of the event we were asked to pair up and typically in those types of situations you just simply turn to the person next to you and away you go, but I looked over the room at Hayley and chose her as my person. I remember leaving that night knowing I had just met someone really special.

To this day Hayley is one of my most adored and closest friendships and today you get to listen in a long and meandering cup of tea and conversation with Hayley and I.

Hayley Carr is a 9 X Karate World Champion, vintage vespa-riding, country-dwelling, tea enthusiast, in the business of happiness. A Life, Love, Leadership & Business Coach and NLP trainer based on a farm on the East Coast of Australia, Hayley is on a mission to make high performance feel like the best sex of your life.

She teaches yin-led leadership, polarity-led partnership, the energy of money, and calm as a superpower in high-pressure, high-stakes circumstances – with a focus on ending the suffering and seriousness.

You can find her anywhere there is a nice view, with a cup of tea in hand - or, in her love-letters to Superfreaks [https://hayleycarr.tv/join-hayley-carrs-community], and on Instagram @hayleycarr.tv
