He is also known as a Hip-hop artist, motivational speaker, and a proud father of 1 and originally from Riviera Beach, FL. He and his younger brother were raised by their mother, who instilled solid morals and taught them hard work. Ramon found sports as a child, and that propelled him into his future. Ramon would tell you sports saved his life! Ramon graduated from Palm Beach Gardens High School and earned a full four-year athletic scholarship to play football at  Illinois State University. Ramon was fortunate enough to reach the professional level of spending time in the CFL (Canadian Football League) and AFL (Arena Football League).

After football, he began working with youth and teens at the Boys and Girls Clubs, and his journey to impacting lives started. Ramon then continued to expand his experience working as a BHT (Behavioral Health Tech) at a Teen treatment center. A few years later, he began working with adults in treatment. Other job experience includes juvenile detention centers and The Sickle Cell Foundation.

In 2018, Ramon Founded Motivated King Inc. because he knew that he wanted to find a way to make a major impact in communities. Through his years of diverse experience, Ramon developed a curriculum called Kings Mold Kings to positively impact at-risk youth, teens, young adults, and teens and adults with autism.
