Today's episode is a little different. Paul Abromeit reached out and wanted to share a message with our audience. Paul (of Rudolph Futures) and Jamil Malone spoke about Movember. If you don't know about Movember, it is Mustache + November. The Movember foundation is an annual event to raise awareness for several things including cancer, particularly prostate and testicular cancer, but also men's suicide. I hope this conversation is the first of many to talk about mental health. This specific podcast is about men's mental health, but mental health is something we all need to take seriously.
