Why do we take honeymoons and what are your options?

It’s the morning after your wedding day and you’ve just woken up to this person who now bears the title Spouse. For many couples this is a moment of realization, a marker that your life will never be the same. How do you celebrate this momentous life event? Well, if the wedding was a communal event, the honeymoon is a personal event (usually).
