After attending Notre Dame and playing on the Varsity Golf Team (FORE!), he headed to dental school at Ohio State University and met his wife Hayley in The Ohio City of Columbus. In 2010, they settled in South Bend for work (TMJ for him, IUSB for her) and family (5 kids).
