What Are We Even Doing Here?
It has been a while since we last had an episode. Karen suggested we record this special episode with our daughters and talk about how the quarantine has been going. We discuss having school at home and Lord's day worship.
On this episode we talk about worship. Does God say how he is to be worshipped or can we worship Him however we want? After coming back from the G3 conference a few weeks ago this has still been on our minds.
After taking a few months off we are back. A lot has happened since our last episode back in September, but we are back and have plans to continue. In one of our last shows we talked about having a new foster child in our home.
On this episode we talk with Coleen Sharp, host of the podcasts "Theology Gals" and "So, You Want to be a Podcaster" about her life, reformed theology, and discernment. We find out about her background and family.
On this episode we follow up with our friends in Maryland about their life with their baby and also how they have been blessed being in an Orthodox Presbyterian Church. Last week we replayed when we record with them a year ago.
This episode is a replay from something we recorded early on in the history of this podcast. We take a trip each year to visit our friends in Maryland. We decided to sit down and record a casual conversation about what God has done in our lives.
On this episode we talk about how we've been podcasting for a year. It has been a blast so far recording with each other and with special guests from time to time. We hope you have been encouraged by the show and hope you continue to listen and share....
On this episode we go over Lord's Day 2 of the Heidelberg Catechism. This begins the section on our sin and misery. We discuss the catechism and some of the Scripture references that the answers are drawn from.
On this episode we have a special guest. James White came on to discuss worship. NO! NOT THAT James White!!! James D White, one of the hosts of The Everyday Ministry Podcast, talked with us about how he formats his church's worship as lead pastor.
On this episode we got to have Andrew Rappaport over to discuss what the Bible says about women in ministry roles. Some of his comments caused a stir on social media a bit ago and we wanted to see what he had to say.
