Melissa Chordock, President of AKT, comes on the podcast today with one primary tip that's helping her get her workouts in: blocking off her calendar for her daily workouts *and* getting her team's buy-in to keep that time sacred. We discuss the virtues of calendar-blocking as well as the importance of changing clothes, their plans to tie-dye, and why the simple act of wearing an extra ring is making Melissa happy.
