Buy Sell Agreements in a Post-Connelly World
Brent chats with Paul Hood about what the world looks like for buy sell agreements after the US Supreme Court’s decision in Connelly. Paul Hood obtained his undergraduate and law degrees from Louisiana State University and an LL.M. in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
