Yes! There are actual Arabs, who are not Jews, but are Israeli citizens. One such Arab is even a diplomat for Israel. George Deek is a diplomat working in the International Law department at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He served as the Deputy Chief of Mission at the Embassy of Israel in Norway between July 2012 and January 2015. Here he makes a speech, which is absolutely compelling.
