On this episode I chat with Jani about a seemingly miraculous plant from South East Asia called Kratom.  We chat about her journey of recovery and weaning herself off of painkillers as well as the many health benefits of Kratom. This amazing plant can be used for a variety of purposes including pain relief, energy and focus, better sleep etc.  It has also been used to treat anxiety, PTSD and substance abuse withdrawal symptoms amongst others.
