If there was one thing you think society should talk more about, what would it be?

“I feel one of the biggest issues is Self Doubt. I think that some of us believe that confident & successful people are born that way, which is simply untrue. Every single person we look up to does not go unscathed. Many just don’t talk about it their self doubt and imposter syndrome.”

My guest today is an absolute powerhouse! Erika Cramer, better known as ‘The Queen of Confidence’, is an international confidence coach and popular 5 star podcast host. The Cardi B of the personal development world, Erika is a full-flavoured, spicy inspirational speaker, with a large dose of heart and humour. After surviving many traumatic experiences, from childhood sexual abuse, being in and out of the foster care system, car accidents and a whole lot of loss, Erika is a beaming and beautiful example of how you can heal your personal story to transform trauma into triumph.

We have a mutual friend and happened to meet recently at a conference and it was like fireworks exploding! I feel like we’ve known each other for years. Erika is one energetic woman on a mission - to help others find their confidence and a live more enriching lives.
