Brady's pick for best new Tech

One item interested me the most but I want to keep it under wraps.  We might do an episode on it separately later.  But other items that were interesting were Remote PHY demo’s in several booths.  Cisco, Harmonic, Arris and Vector all had interesting demo’s.
A true Full Duplex demo in Arris booth
CableLabs had some great demo’s as always

Let’s end with a Question:
I am wanting to advance my career in broadband technology. I am currently a plant maintenance tech for a large MSO but, I would like to get into the engineering side. What area(s) of study would be best? I am looking at B.S. degree.
For our many podcast listeners - and I know that is a majority of you - sometimes we display a lot of cool visuals on our show - so you may want to consider reviewing today’s show on our website at volpefirm.com or on our youtube channel.  Today's show was more of a discussion so listening is just fine too.  If you would like to read more on the topic Brady also authored a paper recently which you can read here.
