Scott Hourin is a recent addition to the IST Research team. One of Scott’s specialties during his career in the Marine Corps before IST was finding ways to break people out of their comfort zones for the betterment of all involved – whether it was getting engineers into the field or operators into a lab to study the development of tools and resources in practical situations. Now, as IST’s Pulse platform matures and becomes more relevant to a wider group of clients, Scott’s role on the team will be very similar as he works to manage information operations from the strategic planning aspect all the way to campaign development and deployment in communities at the edge all over the world.
