Bill Rascher is a software engineer at IST Research. He started out as an engineer on the Pulse project and has now taken responsibility for building out a DevOps team and testing framework for the product. His goal is to support the engineers as they continue to innovate around Pulse and help them deploy new features that work seamlessly with existing. This process will also help to enable business development as they make it possible for Pulse to be deployed across multiple environments in a wide range of configurations.
