Common Symptoms Of Insomnia
– difficulty falling asleep
– waking frequently during the night
– difficulty returning to sleep
– waking too early
– un-refreshing sleep
– daytime sleepiness
– difficulty concentrating
– irritability
How To Break The Cycle
– get rid of the digital devices from in the bedroom
– meditate
– write down the task list for the next day to get it out of your head
– create a regular bed time schedule
– don’t eat or drink too much before bed
– create a pleasing environment
