Kelly was hoping to find a "side hustle" on the VirtForce Job Board, but instead she found a full-time leadership role at a startup. 

Kelly was casually keeping an eye on the job board when an interesting opportunity popped up - the scoping engineer role with Flagsin Group, a small veteran-owned consultant company. 

She applied for the scoping engineer position, but ended up getting #hired as the lead engineer and project manager for the entire scoping project.
