This week on View from the Gutters our topic work is Top 10, by Alan Moore, Gene Ha, and Zander Cannon. The series is a police procedural set in the other-dimensional city of Neopolis, a reality where every person has some variety of superpower.

The series follows the lives and cases of the officers of the 10th precinct police station, mixing real-life issues of bigotry, domestic violence, and crime with creatures of fantasy and science fiction. Mixed in are many references and subplots referencing comics and characters of the past.
