In this episode of The Long Run we talk about Elephantmen, written by Richard Starkings with various artists. Set two centuries in the future, Elephantmen is a mix of sci-fi and noir. It follows the lives of Hip Flask and Ebony—part of a group of human-animal hybrids built and bred and brainwashed for war—as they struggle to find acceptance and meaning after the war they were designed for ends.
