My journey in the self-development space began almost 10 years ago as a fitness instructor. I taught Cardio Combo, Kickboxing, Muscle Pump, the works.
In fact, it was my experience as a fitness instructor that inspired my original business as a health coach. A lot of my students came into my fitness classes asking me to ‘work them hard’ because of what they ate the night or weekend before.
I’m finally getting back into having a healthy relationship to fitness, which is why I was so excited about this interview. Tanja is spot ons, and I love the parallels she draws between a healthy relationship to fitness + healthy relationships.
