VZ 072: Don’t Let Food Cravings Hold You Hostage!

November 02, 2014

Sometimes I’ll get a food craving that is so strong and all-consuming that I can’t think straight.  I find myself planning how and when I can go and get that food and eat it.  Eat it all.  Most of the time, of course, my craving is for something that is bad, bad, bad for me, like a sugary treat or highly processed chips.  I’m a vegetarian, but I often find myself with strong cravings for meat.

For a variety of reasons, I don’t want to give in, but I often feel so helpless!  Of course I’m far from helpless, but boy does it feel that way.  In this episode of the podcast, we’ll take a look at food cravings.  What causes them, what they may really mean, and what things you can try to keep them in check.
