Bonus 01: Bonus Episode – Health Benefits of Cacao & Chocolate

February 14, 2014

What’s that, you say?  Chocolate is good for you?
Okay, okay…before you go out and load up on Whitman’s Samplers at the grocery store, there are a few rules.  Many children (and I was one of them) long for the “I can eat anything I want” aspect of adulthood, imagining, perhaps, swimming pools full of Skittles and rivers of chocolate.
While as an adult you are certainly able to eat whatever you want if you like, the act of responsible eating does come with certain caveats.  Some may call them limitations.  We call them positive choices.  Happily, there are positive choices you can make to still be able to enjoy that dark and lovely goddess, chocolate.

Quotes About Chocolate
All you need is love.  But a little chocolate now and then doesn’t hurt.
— Charles M. Schulz

If some confectioners were willing
To let the shape announce the filling,
We’d encounter fewer assorted chocs
Bitten into and returned to the box.
— Ogden Nash
