VZ 039 - Meal Prepping Shortcuts

March 16, 2014

One of the biggest arguments against eating fresh, wholesome, healthy foods involves time.  After a long day at the office and a long commute home, many people say it's just too late to make a healthy meal and still eat at a decent hour.  It's much easier and faster to go through a drive-through, pick up a pizza, or pop frozen dinners into the microwave.

It doesn't have to be this way, however.  With just a little planning, it's easy to cut the time spent on cooking weeknight dinners and packing healthy and money-saving lunches by more than half.

In this episode we discuss ways to do this, including general prep tips plus ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.  Less mess, less fuss, less time, and more great, wholesome meal choices.  Nothing wrong with that!
