David Roberts is back to chat about his recent experience at the Luvaduck slaughterhouse disruption. 
Last week  was an epic week of animal rights disruptions and it seems there are more happening all the time. But disruptions get their fair share of criticism from both carnists and vegans. David and Catherine take a look at the pros and cons including controversial restaurant disruptions. Do these actions give vegans a bad name or are they an important part of disrupting our carnist society?
We talk about David's new mantra; 'Today I'm gonna fuck shit up' and in typical Vegan Beanz style, wander off into some interesting tangents on Malzoans and backyard chickens for eggs. 
Plus we'll get the scoop from the coop at NSW Hen Rescue, do a little follow up on language that reinforces society's messed up attitudes towards animals, catch up on some news and have a laugh at our prick of the week.
