8 Then the man and his wife heard the sound of the Lord God as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day… — Genesis 3:8 (NIV)

34 Then the cloud covered the tent of meeting, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle. — Exodus 40:34 (NIV)

1 When Solomon finished praying, fire came down from heaven and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices, and the glory of the Lord filled the temple. — 2 Chronicles 7:1 (NIV)

19 Jesus answered them, “Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days.” 20 They replied, “It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and you are going to raise it in three days?” 21 But the temple he had spoken of was his body. — John 2:19–21 (NIV)

16 Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst? 17 If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy that person; for God’s temple is sacred, and you together are that temple. — 1 Corinthians 3:16–17 (NIV)

19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies. — 1 Corinthians 6:18–20 (NIV)
