During his time with ICR Shareholder and Board Chairwoman Becky Morgan, Adam learned that even though Becky isn’t a fan of public speaking, when you get her talking about her teammates and clients, the time flies by. Becky is a testament to the fact that a person’s career progression isn’t always a straight line. With her love for numbers, she started out as a high school math teacher but quickly realized it wasn’t for her. Segue to helping her in-laws operate and run a turkey hatchery. Encouraged by her mother-in-law to pursue an accounting degree, Becky found her true passion as a tax accountant and hasn’t looked back.

Adam and Becky talk about their shared passion to become a client’s trusted advisor or counselor, no matter the subject. From not having hot water at the cabin to financial planning, Adam and Becky strive to be the first person the client calls when he or she runs into a challenge.
