I've heard the word 'FREEDOM' my entire life. For some, it is the ultimate goal to be FREE. Free of our anger, fear, constraints, money troubles, loneliness, etc etc. I had the same thought and have spent my life in pursuit of it.

However, recent moments and realizations in my life has shown me had terribly UNCOMFORTABLE freedom can be. I was free to do as I pleased after my life change in the summer of '14 but then had put myself into another prison (of sorts) in March of the following year.

What is it that we truly want? Freedom or containment? To be held or released?
