This one was special to me cause we talk about SHAME around our DESIRE which is something I know a lot about. How do I know? Cause I’ve spent the last 14 years exploring it and seeing how what makes me tick. Shame is a killer my friends and your willingness to address it will lead to how much power you have on it.

The rant ends and my question of the week is how to deal with shame and what are some methods to remain clear.

We then talk with my friend Kelly who gives us a clear cut picture around her challenges around jealousy. She is in a new relationship with an esastic dancer who likes to roll around w/ other ladies. But he’s a quality guy and cares a lot about her feelings. We dig in to a fine example of the motivations of her jealousy and how to take steps for her clarity.
