Hello there, beautiful soul,

Loss resulting from someone going outside of God's design to meet their needs is devastating. When you are left holding the consequences of someone else's choices, your loss is compounded as bareness or betrayal is dumped in your lap.

And it's not fair-

You didn't ask for these empty hands.
You didn't deserve the loss.

And now you feel vulnerable, powerless, and insecure.

While it's unfair, God stands ready to restore the loss so you can move forward. But you must take his hand, for God is the healer -not the person that caused the loss. While you are a child of God, loss is never the end of your story. Jesus is your Kinsman redeemer; his restoration goes beyond what you could have imagined.

Today, we begin a three-part series on God's restoration out of the first chapter of the book of Ruth. I love Ruth and Boaz, but Naomi is my hero. She loved deeply, lost greatly, but found hope and saw a harvest of restoration.

And you can, too... for the Word of God is timeless truth to give you steps of faith today to change your tomorrow.
