A Codependency Crash occurs when a person who has been heavily reliant on another individual for their emotional or psychological stability experiences a sudden and overwhelming sense of loss or emptiness. This crash can happen when the relationship ends, significantly changes, or when the dependent person realizes their own needs and emotions have been neglected for too long.
