I accidently deleted the podcast I had recorded today.  However, due to an unfortunate experience, I ended up having material on hand.  This episode was recorded while I was tired, emotional, and very much needing to go to bed.  The feelings expressed though were something I really needed to say, and what's more I needed to be in the correct state of mind to properly convey those feelings.

I would really love some feedback on this episode, it would be great to know if I'm alone in these feelings, or if they are something we all experience from time to time.
