Where do we go from here?

What if 2020 never ends? (By the time we are writing this it did, in fact, end, whee.)

We are truly depressed with the loss of a year that could have been full of doing hot girl shit, getting to fully appreciate new jobs, or, hell, just having a job at all.

Lucy is very much hopeful that she will be able to just fucking do her job again, hopefully by the tail end of the new year.

Gina points out that this is a she-cession. (That's a recession that is specifically bad for women, not something similar to a she-shed, as we all originally thought.) Super depressing because a lot the jobs that are lost are jobs women hold, and also they are being chosen to become caregivers instead of working. Shit sucks, man.

Lucy is incredibly grateful that some coworkers and supervisors actually pulled together some money for their staff that was actually significant and she was reminded that humanity doesn't totally suck.

Kelly was asked during an annual performance review what some of her biggest obstacles this year were and she really had to think about it. Did anything bad happen this year? (Or was it all just Mike in Marketing?)

Speaking of Rebecca Black, she has bounced back from Friday! She has a totally new look, and makes fun TikToks! If Rebecca can survive Friday and come out cool on the other side, we can survive this pandemic! Right?

Hannah is hoping to use her 5 year sabbatical in 2021...because she literally has to. (Rude)

She's been wanting to go to Iran for awhile, which becomes much less daunting without a Trump Presidency. She gets a whole 6 weeks, but she will probably split it because she feels like she can't be away that long. Her role and team are severely understaffed, which sucks, and means she can't really feel like she can take time off.

Hannah is also not a goal setter, and she dislikes the term resolution.

Gina is not a fan of "resolutions" per se. Her method is to just do more or less of something and not set yourself up for some big lofty goal that you won't achieve. For 2020, she wanted to cook more, and she was fairly successful.

Kelly likes having more concrete goals, but likes the idea of an intention,
