For the past 3 weeks, I have been walking first thing in the morning. It is the simplest way of energizing your day, putting yourself in a great instant mood, losing weight, dialing in your thoughts, solving your problems, making life seem so much easier that it is mandatory that you start doing it starting tomorrow morning!
Walking. Yes, just walking is the simple missing advice that all of our wise grandparents should have told us about when we were sitting on their laps when we were kids.
