In your office are two groups of people who think they are entitled. The young millennials who the older people complain about and the second group is the actual older people.

Both group think they are entitled. Both groups are spending their time with their handout wanting to be given something just for being who they are.

That's not going to happen! Instead, use the time to teach young people how to communicate without a device and the older people have to remember that the golden years are about giving back, not taking it with them.

The problem in the office is that everyone is looking outside themselves and not investing in fixing themselves. Fix your office by fixing you!
