Kate struggles with a breakup. Randall is not satisfied with his grade. And Kevin is thrilled that he gets to cash in his A's for baseball cards. In the present, Randall explores therapy and Beth becomes more vulnerable with why she needs him to go. Kate and Toby have come back together and Toby surprises Kate with a sweet, music studio. Kevin comes to terms with Rebecca's diagnosis while also providing a day of fun.
