In order to develop your unique value, you have to define what value you create.  Think about what you are passionate about doing. When you do it, do you help someone achieve something, solve a problem, or better their life in some way? That impact is your value and it is produced as a direct result of utilizing your internal gifts.

Join me as I break down what’s involved in defining your unique value and configuring these qualities into a concise statement which will allow you to fully understand and articulate your UV.
