As a podcaster and speaker, I’ve learned that my role is to plant seeds—not to control the harvest. Every message I share is a seed of encouragement, truth, or inspiration. But seeds don’t always take root right away. Sometimes the soil—the heart and mind of the listener—isn’t ready. Life’s challenges, past wounds, or distractions can keep the ground hard and unreceptive. That’s not failure; it’s simply timing.

Other times, a seed does land, but it still needs care. Seeds require water, sunlight, and protection from weeds to grow. In the same way, ideas and truths need nurturing. A listener may need repeated encouragement, a new perspective, or the right season in life before the message truly blooms.

My job is not to force growth but to faithfully sow. Whether my words fall on hard soil or fertile ground, I trust that in time—maybe days, maybe years—something will take root. Some seeds may be carried further than I’ll ever see, producing fruit in places I’ll never go.

In the end, sowing is an act of faith. I plant, nurture when I can, and trust the process—knowing that growth always belongs to the One who makes seeds come alive.
