On this edition of the show; Sin Bin SPHL Editor Mike Campos talks with Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs head coach Sam Ftorek and Matthew Harding talks to ECHL Vice President of Hockey Operations Joe Ernst.

Ftorek, the ECHL's most tenured player with 837 league games played, begins his head coaching career with the SPHL expansion Rail Yard Dawgs. Campos and Ftorek talk about highlights from Ftorek's playing days, the upcoming World Cup of Hockey, building an expansion team from scratch, and a revealing rapid-fire segment.

Later, Joe Ernst talks with Matthew Harding about some of the new rules for this year, fighting in the ECHL & a solemn year for the ECHL officiating fraternity.
