In 2019, Ryan founded ‘Courageous’, a movement geared towards reinventing businesses and inspiring leaders. Since then, Ryan has gone from strength to strength and has delivered talks at Google and Snapchat to name just a couple, as well as speaking all over the USA to Csuite, marketing and professional services audiences.

During this episode, Ryan explains his belief that he is doing exactly what he should be doing at this moment in time. Alongside consulting companies to reinvent their tomorrow, and being a ‘digital handyman’, he also finds time to write his books and is already the author of best-seller ‘Return On Courage’.

It doesn’t stop there, as if he’s not busy enough, Ryan is also the founder of ‘Sock Problems’ – an altruistic sock company that strives to “sock” world problems. Each sock design targets a different issue going on in the world and donates 25% of every sale to charity. Ryan’s passion and determination for courageous change is displayed throughout his work and businesses.
