Episode 79: Metal has no borders: Sintax from Jerusalem, Israel.

July 02, 2020

I have decided to spread the word on the Irish Metal Scene by talking to similar bands elsewhere in the world. In a series of Zoom interviews, which will see me talk to Metal bands all over in the globe, I going to have to establish a repport with a band I wouldn't really know, give them a Spotify Irish Metal playlist that they need to listen to and hope that a bond of metal will be formed. The first of these interviews start with the brilliant Sintax from Jerusalem, Israel. Yehi (Vox), Chaye (Guitars) and Slava (Bass) are all veterans of the Israeli Metal Scene having toured relentlessly and are about to launch their new album Nano3000. It was a terrific time to catch them, we chat about both our scenes and discover we share a lot of the same problems. The lads have got one tour of Europe under their belts and are keen to do another. I wonder could they get to Ireland and do a swap with another Irish band. Maybe after this interview it could be possible, either way a bond was formed and I hope you enjoy it.
