Dr. Michelle Boland (@dr.michelleboland) is highly respected and one of the top performance coaches and fitness professionals in the industry. She is a strength and conditioning coach in Boston, MA. She is the owner of www.michelleboland-training.com and is an in-demand writer and speaker in the field of human performance. Michelle earned her Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology from Springfield College.
