Real Talk -4-15-20- Here Is A 20 Day Wellness Routine, Thank A Social Worker, Find How You Pivot
20 Day Wellness Routine (If you need one, here it is)
Write this out, chart it out on a calendar or schedule it in your phone. Hold yourself accounable.
- Deadbugs (20 Total)- 15 Minute Walk and/or Step-ups on stool or stair (15-20 per side)- 20 Chair Squats- Big glass of water in the morning, big glass of water in the evening- Track your sleep, get your average to 8+ hours per night. Reduce screen usage before bed as needed, get to bed on time, cut back on caffeine if necessary. - Journal daily. Write down 5 things you are grateful for, even if it takes a lot of soul searching after a really rough day.
