We cannot all be silent. We must not all be so angry it diminishes our capcity or so confounded we remain stifled and breathless. During a routine lesson on breathing with my athletes I was found myself confronting the issue that is stifling our nation - Black Men & The Cops. Who are we paying them to protect and against what? Perhaps those are all red-herring questions. There are deeper individual and communal issues. And that's what this is about.
