He previously worked on a pioneering mobile web project at Sprint, where he was a named inventor on 9 patents, and at Oracle as a specialist in high-scalability database systems. He co-runs public workshops on the Future of Voice and Telco-OTT Services, as well as provide speaking, consulting, training and innovation services to telcos, equipment vendors, cloud service providers and industry bodies.
